For an order enquiry, include the order number and the email address used at Shopify Checkout. Do not send full card details.

For a damaged or incorrect item, include clear photographs of the product, packaging and shipping label so the issue can be reviewed.

Support requests are handled through the on-site support centre. Replies and order updates are associated with the customer account when you are signed in.
